In modern-day football, the number of games has also increased and Neymar cannot keep up with the modern level and might suffer with fitness.

At Barcelona Neymar used to love football, his bonding with Messi and Suarez showcased his affection and passion for the game. As he decided to leave Barcelona because of personal interests his love for football was seen to weaken. Neymar’s birthday parties have been distractions for his coaches. Another distraction is Neymar’s commercial opportunities and playing PlayStation until late.
