Barça Plays for the Badge, Madrid Plays for the Trophy!

The Difference

The difference between the players of both clubs is quite evident. When Real Madrid players score or are getting booed by the fans, they point their fingers to the UCL badge flexing their undeserved 15 UEFA Champions League titles. A recent example was done by Rodrygo who scored in the Madrid derby in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 first-leg and celebrated his goal pointing at the Champions League badge.

On the other hand, what Barcelona players do is quite a romance story. Whenever a Barcelona player scores a goal, he would kiss the club’s logo instead of the Champions League logo. What is this? This is a sign of pure loyalty and what the club’s roots have taught our players. Barcelona is not any ordinary club, it’s an emotion, it’s a way of living.

This difference clearly shows the values and ethics of each club. One club is joined by players for money, fame, and trophies. The other is joined because of the atmosphere, the love by fans, the dream, and more importantly the values you learn.

Barcelona is a club full of identity, it treats its players as a family, and the fans also show their support through the thick and thin. Real Madrid on the other hand has players because of business and fame, their fans are also glory-hunters with no identity. The Madrid players always put the trophy above anything else, they don’t bleed white and just enjoy the parade until it lasts.
