The Difference Between Real Madrid and Barcelona In Signings!

When it comes to rivalries, few teams match the history, intensity, and pull of these two teams, FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. More than just being two clubs they have different philosophies, ideas, and legacies that go far beyond the football field. From political work to playing style, from Galacticos to La Masia, these sides have a fascinating difference in between. Players do not want to even think of playing for each other. Previous thrashings in La Liga and cup finals between these two is one for the history books. Let’s talk about one significant difference, which highly separates these sides. The Art of Player Signings

1-Real Madrid

I believe, Real Madrid have mastered the art of bringing in the best players at their club, not even finances play a role in these transfers because of their impressive pull to win trophies. They can bring the best players around the globe and can make them play the way they want. Even if the player is not suited to that usual style, Madrid can still craft the players to play in Madrid’s way. There are few examples we have witnessed of Kylian Mbappe, Eden Hazard, Rudiger, and many more. If they are incapable of getting the best out of their best players, Madrid is fully capable of affording and bringing better players to their club. Barcelona has not perfected this art, with consistent failures of Dembele, Coutinho, Griezmann, and many more. Clubs who bring in stars face a real issue with the egos of their big stars. Real Madrid knows how to narrow down the ego of these players and make them play their way.

2-FC Barcelona

On the other hand, Barcelona has perfected the art of trusting underrated players and young academy players and bringing the best out of them, a certain strategy Real Madrid is not able to perfect. Barcelona has the ability to craft their own young talent, make proper trust in that young player and make him world-class. Barcelona knows how to manage their young players, these young players go own and build a never-ending legacy for the club. There are several example of Messi, Xavi, Iniesta from previous years. Recent examples are of Lamine, Gavi, Fermin, Cubarsi. We hope we see this production for coming years as well.
